• Wedge guides made of POM guarantee lowest wear and lowest closing torques
• Flange dimensions and drilling to EN 1092-2 PN 10 (DIN 2501) - (alternatively PN 16)
• Suitable for operation by automatic actuators
• Easy refitting for position indicator and automatic actuators on the standard bonnet
• Coating thickness: min. 250 μm
• Wedge of ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18 acc. to EN 1563 (GGG 400 – DIN 1693) inside and outside fully rubberized with vulcanized elastomer rubber
• Non-rising stainless steel spindle (Duplex Stainless spindle)
• Bolts corrosion protected by being countersunk and sealed with sealing compound, and by bonnet gasket
• Maintenance-free spindle sealing by multiple O-ring system and additional back seal
• The edge protection ring protects against damages of the coating during transport and storage
